Blending the rich, fruit-laden depth of Old Peculier with the juicy, tropical hop character of Baby-Faced Assassin, this is a beer where heritage meets rebellion. Deep ruby-brown in colour, it opens with layers of dark cherry and treacle toffee, lifted by vibrant notes of mango, apricot and citrus from its American hop influence.
Smooth and medium-bodied, it balances velvety roasted malts and caramel sweetness with a lively, resinous hop bitterness. The finish is long and moreish, seamlessly marrying the depth and heritage of classic Yorkshire ale with a modern twist of tropical hop intensity. A collaboration with Roosters Brewing.
