Weihnachtsbock is a strong pale Bock brewed for the festive season. Inspired by the lager producers of Franconia, Bad Seed have brewed a strong & hoppy Bock to get you in the Christmas mood – with a lot more hops than you traditionally would, but all classic noble varieties, including Saaz, Tettnang & Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Expect a pale Bock with a rich bready malt flavour, balanced by a high bitterness and layered hop flavours of black pepper, elderflower, lemon zest and herbal notes.
